Your policy stays on your device.
The policy builder keeps your answers and draft in this browser tab’s memory. It generates Word and PDF downloads on your device. It does not send policy answers to our forms service or an AI provider, and it does not save your work across a refresh. Downloads remain wherever you choose to save them.
Information you submit.
The newsletter form collects your email address and consent. Rating requests also collect a tool name, website, and reason for review. Help requests collect your name, church, optional role, and message. Those two forms also include an optional Church AI Watch checkbox. The policy builder can collect an email address after your draft is ready, and only if you check that same opt-in. That signup does not include your policy answers. Please do not include member information, counseling notes, or other sensitive details.
How forms are processed.
Forms are sent to SafeChurchAI at /api on this site. We use Resend to deliver the emails. When you opt in to Church AI Watch, we store your email address as a contact in our Resend audience so we can send those updates. Rating requests and help requests are emailed to our team, and you receive a short confirmation. We use what you send to reply, or to send the updates you asked for. We do not sell this information. If sending fails, the form shows an error and the list is left unchanged.
Your choices.
Church AI Watch emails include a way to unsubscribe. To ask about information you previously submitted, or to request its deletion, use the help form with the same email address, without repeating sensitive information.
Other services.
Typefaces are served with this site, not by a third-party font host. The site does not set analytics or advertising cookies. The site and form API are hosted on Cloudflare, which may process ordinary connection logs to serve and protect the site. Email delivery and the Church AI Watch list are handled by Resend. Linked providers, including PreachBetter and tool vendors, have their own privacy policies.
