- Green ChatGPT Business / Enterprise Workspace ChatGPT for teams. Default: no training on business data. Prefer this over personal ChatGPT for church staff work.
- Red Claude (Free / Pro / Max) Anthropic consumer plans. Useful research assistant. Do not paste congregant data.
- Green Claude Team / Enterprise Claude for Work. Default no training on commercial inputs. Strong option for church-owned AI seats.
- Red Google Gemini (consumer) Personal Gemini / gemini.google.com. Handy for general research. Keep church member data out — Keep Activity can train models by default.
- Green Gemini in Google Workspace Gemini features inside Workspace for Nonprofits/org accounts. Contractual protections differ from consumer Gemini.
- Green Microsoft 365 Copilot Copilot inside Microsoft 365. Enterprise data protection when used in the org tenant.

- Yellow Fireflies.ai AI meeting notes and transcripts. Strong no-training claims and a public DPA for organizations — still treat pastoral and personnel meetings as off-limits.
- Yellow Descript Text-based audio/video editor with AI tools. Useful for sermon clips; turn off data sharing on personal plans and prefer Enterprise for church-owned media.

- Green Gloo Ministry Chat Church-oriented AI workspace. Publishes a no-training guarantee; Gloo’s org DPA also bars training without written consent.
- Yellow Subsplash Pulpit AI Turns sermons into clips, devotionals, and guides. Subsplash says third-party AI vendors cannot train on customer data; aggregated anonymized data may train Subsplash’s own models.
